About the manufacturer:

The Hercules's past goes back to 1886. The company's founder, Carl Marschütz, was driven by one goal: a bicycle for everyone. Driven by this, at the age of 22 he founded the Velocipedfabrik Marschütz & Co. in Nuremberg, as Germany's second bicycle factory.
Known for their quality and robust frames, the bicycles quickly earned themselves the nickname Hercules, as they were as strong and durable as the Greek mythological hero. Three years later, with 250 workers, they produced 6,500 bicycles a year. Hercules is still one of the best-known and most loved bicycle brands on the German market. In more than 125 years, it has remained as fresh and youthful as those who ride the factory's bikes. Hercules bicycles are still manufactured in Germany and assembled in Tószeg, Hungary, under German quality control.

How to use the bike:

They are located between off-road and street machines. The 28″ wheel diameter is suitable for asphalt or moderately difficult terrain (forest path, dirt road). Comfortable and light, so it is best suited for long-distance trips. Most models have luggage racks and fenders.
