The history of Hercules dates back to 1886. The company's founder, Carl Marschütz, was driven by one goal: a bicycle for everyone. Driven by this, at the age of 22 he founded Velocipedfabrik Marschütz & Co in Nuremberg, Germany's second bicycle factory.
Known for their quality and robust frames, the bicycles quickly earned themselves the nickname Hercules, as they were as strong and enduring as the Greek mythological hero. Three years later, with 250 employees, they were producing 6,500 bicycles per year. Hercules is still one of the best-known and most popular bicycle brands on the German market. In more than 125 years, it has remained as fresh and youthful as the people who ride the factory's bicycles. Hercules bicycles are still manufactured in Germany, and assembled in Tószeg, Hungary, under German quality control.

How to use the bicycle:

We recommend this bicycle primarily for forest and off-road use. The sporty frame geometry allows you to safely descend steep slopes. The telescope ensures smooth movement even on the roughest terrain. These bikes are not equipped with mudguards, luggage racks, or lights. If you want to use them for everyday use, in the city, it is worth purchasing certain accessories to comply with the Road Traffic Act regulations.

About the motor:

The most powerful (85 Nm) motor of the fourth generation of Bosch with Smart System. We recommend it for practically any use, but we can really use the system's performance on steep climbs. The fourth generation no longer has resistance, so we can easily ride the bike even when it is turned off. In the highest assistance level, we get 340% assistance, so we can ride uphill with more than three times the human effort invested.
