About the manufacturer:

The history of KTM goes back a long way. The company was founded by Hans Trunkenpolz in 1938 in the town of Mattighofen, Austria. The first bicycles rolled off the production line in America in 1964. This was the KTM Fleetwing, where the company already had around 220 employees. They have gone through many developments over the years, the first ebike was introduced in 2009. Today, it has grown into one of the largest companies on the market and is mainly engaged in the production of pedelecs. KTM tries to serve all levels, as in their bicycle range we can find a solution for every use, from mountain bikes to comfortable touring bikes to children's and folding bikes.

Intended use of the bicycle:

We recommend this bicycle primarily for hiking or everyday use. Thanks to the geometry, we can comfortably ride long distances without back pain. Due to its equipment, it can stand up to any time of day and weather, so it depends only on us when we jump into the saddle.

About the engine:

The new Bosch Performance Line CX engine has received significant improvements, while the main specifications have remained unchanged. The motor provides 85 Nm of torque and 600 W of peak power, and its maximum assistance is 340%. Its weight has been reduced by 100 grams compared to its predecessor, so it is now 2.7 kg. The latest sensors measure the torque acting on the pedal 1,000 times per second. Thanks to the new motor seals, the motor has almost no resistance when switched off.

About the display:

The Bosch Purion 200 is the new generation of Smart System displays. In terms of size, it is not much larger than the previously known Led remote, but thanks to the 1.6-inch TFT display, it can display more data and more precisely than its predecessor. A full-fledged display that is difficult to damage thanks to its extremely compact size, but knows everything we might need. If we still need more information, with the help of the Smartphone Grip, our phone can also be used as a display, and at the same time as the Purion 200.
