About the manufacturer:

The history of KTM goes back a long way. The company was founded by Hans Trunkenpolz in 1938 in the town of Mattighofen, Austria. The first bicycles rolled off the production line in America in 1964. This was the KTM Fleetwing, where the company already had around 220 employees. They have gone through many developments over the years, the first ebike was introduced in 2009. Today, it has grown into one of the largest companies on the market and is mainly engaged in the production of pedelecs. KTM tries to serve all levels, as in their bicycle range we can find a solution for every use, from mountain bikes to comfortable touring bikes to children's and folding bikes.

How to use the bicycle:

We recommend this bicycle primarily for hiking or everyday use. Thanks to the geometry, we can ride long distances comfortably without back pain. Due to its equipment, it can stand its ground at any time of day and weather, so it's up to us when we get in the saddle.

About the motor:

The torque of the fifth generation motor of the Bosch Performance Line CX has remained unchanged, meaning that the new 5th generation motor is also capable of delivering the 85 Nm torque typical of the CX. The main change compared to the previous ones is the weight of the motor, which has become 100 grams lighter, so it weighs 2.7 kg thanks to the magnesium housing. The motor noise has also been reduced slightly, so the new 5th generation CX is not only lighter, but also quieter than its predecessors.

About the display:

The Bosch Kiox 500 display has the following features: 40% larger than the Kiox 300, boasting a 2.8-inch screen. It has a colorful and easy-to-read display that helps with detailed navigation instructions, including warning sounds before turning. Users can customize the display with the eBike Flow app. (e.g. screen layout) The display also offers security features, such as eBike Lock, which provides additional protection. As part of the Bosch Smart System, you will receive regular updates via the eBike Flow app.
