Hercules is perhaps one of the most historic bicycle brands in our range. The history of the Nuremberg company goes back all the way to 1886, when their first bicycles rolled out of the factory. In the past, they occasionally started producing motorcycles and cars, but the focus was always on bicycles. They were ahead of everyone in the electric segment, presenting their first model in 1980. Since then, their range has expanded widely: from E-MTBs to touring bikes to city bikes, but they also produce compact folding models.

How to use the bike:

We recommend this bike primarily for forest and off-road use. The sporty frame geometry allows you to safely descend steep slopes. The telescope ensures smooth movement even on the roughest terrain. These bikes are not equipped with mudguards, luggage racks, or lights. If you want to use it for everyday use, in the city, it is worth purchasing certain accessories to comply with the requirements of the Road Traffic Act.

About the motor:

The most powerful of the Bosch motors, turbocharged with the Smart System. This fourth-generation 85 Nm motor is capable of 340% assistance, which is more than three times human power. With this drive unit, we can easily move anywhere, but we can use its power best on steep climbs. The motor has zero resistance, so you can cycle without any problems even with the assistance switched off or with a flat battery.

About the display:

The Bosch Purion 200 display has numerous new developments. The display boasts a 1.6-inch color screen and high resolution, which ensures excellent readability. Its ergonomic design means it is located close to the left control lever, which allows for comfortable use. The Purion 200 offers various functions, such as displaying speed, cycling time, distance, total distance, current assistance level and remaining battery capacity. The integrated ambient light sensor automatically adjusts the brightness of the display to the ambient light conditions. It can also be used with compatible additional displays, such as the Kiox 300 or Kiox 500. The Purion 200 is part of the Bosch Smart System, which allows you to activate and use digital functions via the eBike Flow app.
